Well, it has been quite a ride at Le Cordon Bleu. I have learned so much since August. Some things I was already familiar with but there were many new and wonderful dishes to create....and create I did!!!

As the climactic ending to my Le Cordon Bleu adventure, I will taking a position(somewhere, not sure yet) and putting my skills to the test.

Therefore, I can only accept a limited number of local ONLY orders until further notice.
